These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and pk350 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk350 website located at pk350.app and all associated services, products, and features therein.

By creating an account, accessing the pk350 platform, placing a bet, participating in any casino game, or using any feature of the pk350 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk350 platform and close your account. Continued use of pk350 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of pk350 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of pk350.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing pk350 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of pk350 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently closed on pk350 for prohibited conduct.

pk350 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review.

To access the full range of pk350 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth.

You are permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose — including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk350 login credentials. pk350 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify pk350 immediately via live chat or support email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• pk350 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• pk350 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the member has failed to protect their credentials.
• Accounts found to be operated by someone other than the registered account holder will be suspended pending investigation.

pk350 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your pk350 account. Deposits are credited to your pk350 wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. pk350 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirements being met. pk350 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and same business-day processing for bank transfers, though these timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended during peak periods or compliance reviews.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not on file are strictly prohibited.
• pk350 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on any withdrawal request, at its sole discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• pk350 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or force majeure events.

The pk350 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. Specific rules applicable to each sport and market type are published within the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bets placed on pk350 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation, except where pk350 expressly provides a cash-out option and the member elects to use it.
• pk350 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's account.
• In-play betting is subject to a brief delay for verification purposes. pk350 cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect real-time match state at the precise moment of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are visible in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Bets on events whose outcome was known or suspected to be known at the time of placement will be voided and the matter referred for investigation.

pk350 takes match integrity seriously. Any suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information being used to place bets will be investigated and the relevant bets voided, with the account suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. pk350 cooperates fully with relevant sporting and regulatory bodies.

pk350 offers a range of casino products including live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game show titles), RNG slot games, and card games including Teen Patti variants. All casino games available on pk350 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to independent RNG certification.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are maintained in accordance with the certifications issued by the relevant testing laboratories. Live casino games follow the house rules of the specific game studio providing the table, as displayed within the game interface.

• Game malfunctions — whether caused by software errors, connectivity issues, or hardware failures — void all affected plays and result in stake refunds.
• It is the member's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during live casino sessions. pk350 is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection on the member's end.
• Suspected collusion between members at live tables, or the use of automated software to make betting decisions in casino games, is prohibited and will result in account closure.

pk350 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-season specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk350 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unwagered bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: pk350 does not permit stacking of bonus offers unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically game pk350 promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk350 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and casino winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pk350 account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or navigate the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or using pk350 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusing the pk350 bonus system through coordinated multi-account play, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards pk350 support staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk350 account to another person for any purpose.

pk350 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming habits among all of its members. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, and pk350 provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their activity on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk350 members directly from within their account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pk350. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and is taken seriously — during exclusion, pk350 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform.

All content on the pk350 platform — including but not limited to the pk350 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk350 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk350 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any pk350 content in any medium.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pk350 software.
• Use the pk350 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on pk350 content or platform functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk350 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

pk350's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk350 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk350 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that use of the pk350 platform is at your own risk.

pk350 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Abuse of the bonus system or any promotional offer.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or payment processors.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

You may close your pk350 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

pk350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where the nature of the change requires advance notification under applicable law or regulatory requirement. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment terms, account closure procedures, or member rights — pk350 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of pk350 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of your next login or platform interaction.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards under which pk350 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk350, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via the live chat facility available within your account dashboard. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, pk350 will acknowledge any formal written complaint submitted to [email protected] within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information.
